Law Enforcement Appreciation Day

Since 1976, the Rotary Club of Greenville has partnered with law enforcement agencies in the Greenville County to honor the work, dedication, and sacrifice of law enforcement in Greenville County and to recognize contributions of these officers in ensuring the safety, well-being, and quality of life in Upstate South Carolina. Law Enforcement Appreciation Day is held annually during which three outstanding law enforcement officers are recognized, and a distinguished leader from within the law enforcement and/or justice system is selected to speak .

Awards include the Rotary Deputy of the Year- Greenville County Sheriff’s Office; Rotary Officer of the Year-City of Greenville Police Department; and Federal Law Enforcement Officer of the Year.

The Solicitor, judges, and other law enforcement leaders from all levels are invited to attend this special event.
